A follower account posted a video of the “West Coast” singer, 38, working behind a counter at an Alabama Waffle House restaurant on Thursday.

The singer-songwriter appeared in the video performing “Doin’ Time” while wearing a waitress uniform and sporting a personalized yellow Waffle House name badge. For her restaurant job, Del Rey kept things professional and adhered to health and safety regulations by keeping her hair up in a stylish updo.
Oh, look at this man. She is heard saying in the video, “Oh God, Charlie don’t film him without his permission,” after passing something to a customer across the counter. Then, when someone else could be heard in the background asking, “What is bubba?” Del Rey took her phone from her top and started to make her way towards the restaurant’s back.
A series of pictures of the singer disguised as a waitress were posted on Instagram by the same fan account, including one where she grabbed for the coffee maker. And another in which she spoke to customers. Del Rey smiled while posing with two fans and wearing her personalized Waffle House name tag in other images.
A fan shared a photo of themselves taking a selfie with the musician at a Waffle House on Facebook, along with a signed copy of the musician’s poetry collection, “Violet Bent Backwards Over The Grass.”
